This Privacy Policy explains how Safely ("Safely", "we") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, "LGPD"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Safely is operated by ART Tecnologia LTDA, registered under CNPJ 44.574.159/0001-95, with registered office at Rua 5, nº 691, Quadra C-4, Lote 16E, Edifício The Prime Tamandaré, Loja 2, Setor Oeste, Goiânia/GO, CEP 74115-060. 2. Roles: controller and operator
With respect to your account data, Safely acts as the controller. With respect to the data of visitors passing through the domains you connect, Safely acts as the operator: we process that data solely to run the filtering service on your behalf, following your instructions. The responsibility for defining the purpose and legal basis of that processing, and for informing visitors where applicable, is yours, as the controller of your traffic.
3. Data we collect
Account data
- Name and email provided at sign-up;
- Billing data processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers);
- Dashboard access logs (date, time, and IP address), for security and fraud prevention.
Visitor data (processed on your behalf)
- IP address and internet service provider (ISP);
- User agent (user-agent), device type, and operating system;
- Approximate geographic location (country and region) derived from the IP;
- Traffic source and technical signals used to tell humans from bots (velocity, network characteristics, behavioral signals).
This visit data is used only to decide, in real time, who sees the real page and who is intercepted. We do not build advertising profiles of visitors, nor do we sell this data.
4. How we use the data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the traffic-filtering service;
- To authenticate access, process subscriptions, and issue charges;
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform;
- To send operational, security, and support notices;
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. Cookies
On the website and the dashboard we use only cookies essential to operation: a session cookie to keep you authenticated, a CSRF-protection token, and, where applicable, a temporary invitation cookie. We do not use advertising tracking cookies in the dashboard.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with those necessary to operate the service:
- Payment provider, to process subscriptions and charges;
- Infrastructure and cloud providers, which host the application under confidentiality obligations;
- Authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect rights.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for the period necessary to meet legal obligations. The visit signals used for filtering are retained for up to 180 days and then removed or anonymized, unless the law requires a different period.
8. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect the data, such as encryption in transit, role-based access control, and masking of sensitive visit data in the dashboard, revealed only on demand. No system is entirely free of risk; in the event of a relevant incident, we will follow the notification procedures set out in the LGPD.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of data, and information about sharing. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. Data subjects who are visitors should, as a rule, contact the customer that operates the domain (the controller of that data); we will forward requests where appropriate.
10. International transfer
Some providers may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt safeguards compatible with the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email, and the "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
